This website allows visitors to purchase copies of Stirring Stuff at Christmas, a cookery book written by Belinda Hill. Orders are processed securely via Wix Stores and Wix Payments. From time to time, the site may also provide related news and updates.

3. Eligibility
To use this website and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must also have the legal right and authority to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

4. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing the full item listing before purchase.

  • A legally binding contract is formed once you complete checkout and payment.

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors if they occur.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days.

  • Delivery charges and options are shown at checkout.

  • Free local delivery or collection may be offered within specific areas. Please choose the correct option when placing your order.

6. Condition of Books
Each book is checked before dispatch. As with most printed products, minor cosmetic variations (such as small marks or slight indents on the spine) may occur. These are not considered faults and do not qualify for refunds. If your book arrives with significant damage (for example, torn pages, severe creasing, or major printing defects), please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo. In such cases, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return your book within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

  • Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the book is faulty.

  • Refunds will be made once the returned item is received.

8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Belinda Hill. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without prior written permission.

9. Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of goods. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.
