• Pre-order copies will be dispatched from the beginning of November. Please note that any order placed before then will be held and shipped once stock is available.

• Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days.

• Delivery charges and options are shown at checkout.

• Free local delivery or collection may be offered within specific areas. Please choose the correct option when placing your order.
